Being a partner at The Edge Nutrition is not just about blending the best tasting shakes and teas in Edmond. We are making a massive impact on the health and nutrition habits of the Greater State of Oklahoma and surrounding communities. We like to say that our nutrition bars are a lighthouse of hope for our communities!
Why do we call our healthy baristas and Wellness Coaches "Partners"?
Because, not only are you the face of The Edge Nutrition, injecting positivity into your customer's day, but you will also take part in all aspects of running the business. This includes (but not limited to) marketing, daily operations, customer retention, team development, and taking responsibility for the store's financial results and profits. Our intention is to groom and mentor our partners into owning a "Nutrition Club" in the near future.

- Willingness to learn- we use a mix of online learning, conferences, and hands on mentorship to teach our partners how to be agents of change in our community.
- Availability to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends.
- Openness to getting the job done and helping our team in a dynamic environment.
- Motivated by MORE than just money. We have several different opportunity paths of growth for you here at The Edge and an hourly wage is the least significant form of compensation that we offer.
- The desire to be paid for your CONTRIBUTION and not your TIME. The more value you provide, the more money you will make!
